If you're like me--a little too awkward for your own good, with a touch of side character energy, and too many emotions to keep track of--then you've come to the right place. Not because I know how to handle these traits like a champ (quite the opposite, really), but because I can confidently say the following:
1) I feel you
2) I've been there
3) I'm actually pretty sure I'm STILL there

The goal behind the Paper Hearts Club is to provide you with the relief and validation that you aren't alone; there are many side-character-energy-wielding folks just trying to make it to the end of the day alive (or, in my case, without crying). The Paper Hearts Club is a safe space where you can read about my writing journey struggles, and hopefully relate (or, at the very least, be able to laugh and say "Thank goodness that's not happening to me!").
